TEENAGE BOY SODOMIZED, ROAMING  FROM PILLAR TO POST FOR MEDICAL EXAMINATION

ARA----------------------------A case of unnatural sex with a teenage boy at gun point in a village under Charpokhari police station in Bhojpur district has come to light. The rapists made nude video of the youth and also inserted wooden rod into his private part. They also threatened him with dire consequences if he dared to say anything to anyone about the incident. The youth is running from pillar to post to get treatment for the last three days.

Four youths of a village under Charpokhari police station in Bhojpur district collectively sodomized a 17 year old boy of their village when he had gone to the field to attend call of nature in the late evening on November 14, 2024. They first thrashed him and later sodomized him one by one at gun point. They inserted wooden rod into his private part and videographed the whole incident. The victim was so frightened that he could not muster courage to divulge the matter but later he somehow narrated his ordeal to his family members and a named FIR was lodged with the police under Charpokhari police station in this regard. After institution of FIR, the police swung into action and started conducting raids to arrest the rapists. The police also brought the victim to the Ara Sadar Hospital for medical examination. Police are investigating the matter.

The victim said that he had to the bank of a canal about four kilometers away from his village on his motorcycle to attend call of nature in the late evening on November 14, 2024 where a youth Neeraj of his village was already there. He first snatched the key of his motorcycle and thrashed him. Later he called his three friends. After that all the four thrashed him and dragged him to the PACS godown where they sodomized him one by one at gun point. They made his nude video, inserted wooden rod into his private part and escaped from the scene threatening him with dire consequences if he dared to disclose the incident. Later a named FIR has been lodged with the police against Neeraj Kumar, Kanhaiya Kumar, Kundan Kumar and Nikhil Kumar of the village in this regard on the statement of the victim.

SI Umesh Kumar who brought the victim to the Ara Sadar Hospital for medical examination blamed the officials of the health department and said that the victim was wandering for three days for medical examination but till date his medical examination was not done. The SI said that he was detained for four hours. He had brought the victim to the Ara Sadar Hispital for medical examination on November 13, 2024 but he was referred to the Patna Medical College and Hospital but the doctor there sent him to the Patna Civil Surgeon at Gardanibagh where the CS queried about the FIR. After he told the CS all about the incident, he sent him back to the CS, Ara Sadar Hospital.
